Your first session starts with a real conversation. We'll talk through what's been going on in your body, where you're feeling pain, and what you're hoping to work toward. From there, the remaining time is hands-on work, so I can start getting a sense of what your body is holding and where we need to go. If you're not sure which length to book, 90 minutes gives us more time to both talk and work.
Every returning session is built around what your body needs that day. I'll have reviewed your notes before you arrive, and we'll start with a quick check-in about how things have felt since last time. From there, the full session draws from therapeutic massage, Visceral Manipulation, Cranial Sacral Therapy, and myofascial release as needed. Nothing is on autopilot.
Recovering from birth is a process, not a single appointment. This series is designed for new moms in the fourth trimester who want consistent, intentional support as their body finds its way back to itself. All four sessions come to you, so you don't have to figure out childcare or leave the house. Each session builds on the last, getting more targeted as we go. Booking the series upfront comes at a reduced rate.
